Policies & Returns
Our goal here at No Class Apparel is to satisfy our customers by providing exchange(s), a refund, or store credit, as outlined in this policy. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition. If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective, please contact our team so that we may be of further service.
Please indicate in your email what you are returning and the reason for the return. Specify if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Include your name, email address, and order number, along with the items that you’re returning. You are responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with your return.
We do not accept items that have been previously worn or washed. Or have been damaged by a customer.
Is there a time limit on returns?
Generally, we accept returns within 15 days after purchase.
Is there a return fee?
As of January, 2014. We now charge a restocking fee for items that are refunded. This is deducted from the customers total refund. This does not apply to items that are wrongfully shipped from us, exchanges, or store credit.
Do you accept returns without a receipt?
Yes we do. We have a copy of the original purchase order.
Do you cover shipping fees?
Unfortunately no. The customer is solemnly responsible for shipping cost due to returns.
I like some of the free goodies that came with my item, am I required to return those as well?
Absolutely not. Those are yours to keep.
I received the wrong item, but I still thinks its rad. Can you give me a discount towards a new purchase?
